Cheating Husband - Learn How To Catch Him

July 29th 2007 is when all of this started, don't worry I'm not going to get all nostalgic here and describe a hot sunny day or anything like that, he doesn't deserve it.

As always he was on the phone talking to a work colleague, after the call he said he had to go into the office for a couple of hours, this was our "normal" life, he often got home around 6:30 and had to go back to the office, he works with computers.

Anyway he had been gone about 30 minutes when I heard the phone ringing, except this time it wasn't my phone it was his. I never usually answered his phone because sometimes he would tell his boss he was at another office when in actual fact he was probably taking a few hours off to be with me. This time I answered it (don't ask me why, I still don't know) before I spoke a woman's voice said where are you, I said something profound like "I'm sorry I didn't know I was meeting you" and she hung up.

At first I thought that it was just a wrong number until I looked at the last call record to ring her back and give her a piece of my mind, the caller was listed on his cell phone as "P". Even this didn't seem too strange except for the fact that everyone else on his phone was listed with first and last name or company, there was even a "P work" entry.

So now the head rush started, to much information to handle for me at that moment so I just put it down to paranoia.

Late that evening my husband got back home in an absolutely terrible mood, he started screaming at me as soon as he walked through the door. "how dare you answer my phone, that was a very important client and you were as rude as hell to her" I tried apologizing and explained what happened, which didn't make things any better.

In the morning he still wasn't in a fantastic mood either but he managed to utter a few words over breakfast. After he'd finished work he came straight home and apologized to me and told me that he was just under a lot of pressure at work. Like a true wife I said "that's ok" and apologized for everything (what a fool).

I can't remember the exact time that passed, but it wasn't more than 3 weeks, when he got a call on his cell phone whilst he was in the shower, like the obedient wife I took the phone to him without answering it. I made a comment after the call "so who's P", his answer was "just a guy from work".

Now sometimes I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer but I was absolutely certain that a few weeks ago "P" was an important client with a female voice, that's when my brain started going into overdrive.

Catch A Cheating Husband

I checked his pay slips to check on his overtime, which he did get paid well for. Guess what, out of about 11 days in July (that I remember) where he told me was working late, he only got paid for 5 of those days. I went back a little further to June, now I know he worked late for at least 10 days because we had a small argument about it, he got paid for 5 days overtime.

This is when the alarm bells started ringing, this is when I started to think that maybe, just maybe my husband could be having an affair. You may think this doesn't sound like reason for concern, that's fine

3 days later, I knew who "P" was and it wasn't a "work colleague" it was actually a married woman from the about 10 miles away who worked as a barmaid in a bar that my husband and I had gone to quite often.

After following some instructions I also found 5 month old credit card receipts for a motel room (across town) from when my husband was supposed to hundreds of miles away at a convention.

I found out lots more information over the next few days which proved that he had been cheating on me.

He's gone now, and the divorce attorney made sure that he got nothing, and you remember "P" well her husband kicked her out on the street too (I told him about her affair - I had plenty of proof on them both)

I did all of this without any Private Investigators or expensive surveillance.
