3. Cooking dishes that take a longer to cook will help you make cash fast. Just be sure to set a reminder to check back when it's done or it will go bad, and you'll have to start over from scratch.

4. To keep your restaurant rating from dropping when you're not playing, close your shop by removing the doors. To remove the doors, click on the chair-shaped 'Customize' icon in the game's menu. Then click and drag your door(s) off the screen, and they'll disappear. When you're ready to reopen, click the 'Customize' icon, and place the door(s) again.

The Buzz Rating is a measure of your restaurant's fame. It's at the top right-hand side of the screen shown as a thumbs up or thumbs down. The higher the number, the more people will visit your restaurant, making things more hectic but also a good chance to make more money.

Buzz rating is based on your customers experiences at your restaurant. If a customer has a good experience your buzz rating will go up. But if one of your customers has a bad experience your buzz rating will go down.

Good customer experiences are caused by only one thing. If a customer pays for his or her food that means they had a good experience. That means your buzz rating goes up by 0.1. You buzz rating will only ever increase by 0.1 and has nothing to do with the dish being served or how fast it was served to the customer.

Bad customer experiences can happen for many reasons, but they all result in you losing some buzz rating. If a customer walks into your cafe and has to wait too long for a seat they will walk out, causing your cafe to lose some buzz rating. If a customer takes a seat and has to wait to long to be served they will also leave with a bad experience and you will lose some buzz rating.

Why spend hours upon hours cooking up new dishes and drawing in new visitors if you cannot turn a profit and all of your food is spoiled when you turn the computer back on the next day?

It's ridiculous, and it doesn't need to be that way.
