Easy Cheese Quiche Recipes
Cheese quiche is one of the easiest brunch recipes. It starts with a simple cheese base but can be built upon with so many ingredients. You can add anything from ham to vegetables to a cheese quiche and come up with hundreds of combinations. No matter how the quiche ends up, it should always start with a basic cheese quiche.

Cheese Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon flour
- A pinch of nutmeg
- ¼ cup course black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup havarti cheese
- shredded
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- shredded
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- shredded
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Place a pie crust inside the fridge until frozen.
2. Whisk heavy cream with the eggs and slowly add the flour.
3. Add the nutmeg and course black pepper and salt.
4. Add in the shredded cheddar cheese in the mixture and mix well.
5. Add the Havarti cheese and the baby spinach leaves.
6. Pour the entire mixture in the frozen pie crust and distribute evenly the spinach leaves.
7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
8. Bake pie inside the oven for an hour.
9. Enjoy!

- Being a quiche fan, and having baked plenty of 'em, I think its nearly the perfect food. I've never used havarti in mine, so I'm definitely going to give that a try! Thanks for throwing something new my way.

- I love quiche. It is one of the easiest thrown together recipes and can be turned into whatever you want. I have a recipe for a self-crusting quiche that I use all the time. Great lens!
