Quiche for Thanksgiving Day Breakfast
Would you like to simplify things in the kitchen on Thanksgiving Day? Why not make breakfast the day before while you are making your pies? Cheese Salsa Crustless Quiche is very simple and can be cut, heated in the microwave and served on Thanksgiving Day morning.
Cheese Salsa Crustless Quiche is low carb, easy, and it looks nice. It will save you lots of time on the morning of the cooking marathon known as Thanksgiving Day. Everyone can get their own slice when they get up or you can sit down to a family breakfast together. Either way you can make some toast, pour some orange juice, get some coffee going and you have a nice healthy breakfast with no fussing.
I only have one oven and the turkey is in there on Thanksgiving Day so I do as much as possible the day before, including Cheese Salsa Crustless Quiche!

- Congrats on LOTD! I was so impressed with your lens (and we hadn't had Quiche in ages), I made it on Friday. We LOVED it (actually Mom ate most of it) so I made it again yesterday. Just couldn't wait until Thanksgiving.
Thanks for an easy and delicious recipe (from someone who does not enjoy cooking).
