    Hi,

    Cheesecake!!! :) On down side is you can't eat for day because of how rich it is.

    I'm not much for cheese, but perhaps it's time to start experimenting with vegan cheesecakes. Plenty of wonderful recipes to work with here.

    What a beautiful and delicious lens! Cheesecake is my all time favorite. No creme brulee, no chocolate cake - has to be cheesecake. I'll have to give one of these a try (although, I lack any degree of culinary skill). Wonderful job. :)

    OMG.... i love cheesecakes Suzie! My girlfriend bakes a mean Oreo Cheesecake and she bribes me with them to get her work done for her. Youo know from where we come from, there's these fruits call durians (can be a harsh wiff if you're not used to them ut their nice and creamy like avocadoes) and i'm constantly trying to get her to experiment with them :)
    Anyway you got an awesome cheesecake lense going on!

    I like cheesecake myself, and this made me really hungry for it. Oreo, key lime, and coconut are my favorites, but I'm not too discriminating, put any type in front of me and I'll most likely eat it. Excellent job!

    Just my luck. I read this lens on an empty stomach. Now I am craving cheesecake and there is none to be found. Make it myself, you say? Nay, I am not handy with the mixing spoon any more, all though there was a time when I was. Now I am happy to buy it, or find friends that like to bake. Uhmmmm, wanna be my friend? Very nice lens.

    Can I make a request...could you write a lens about some kind of food I DON'T like...your lenses keep making me hungry...me want cheesecake...NOW :D

    (I shall expect your next lens to be about Tapioca and Beetroot Quiche...or Radish and Butter Bean Custard...or something...I like most food, so I haven't given you much scope...)

    Great lens, 5*****. I love cheesecakes, and it reminded me of when my Mum first mentioned them. Just as you said "How can you make cake with cheese or carrots?". So she made her first cheesecake, using a Digestive crust (in the USA they use Graham crackers). She put it in the freezer, and it was still partly frozen when we came to cut and eat it. Only when we finished did we realise that the base was still there, we hadn't cut through it as it was so hard. Not hear of Yorkshire cheesecakes, they sound good too.

    This is what Squidoo is all about: writing with passion (and humour) on a topic you know something about. I don't normally expect humourous comments in recipes, and usually don't read them all that carefully, but I had to read every one of these so I wouldn't miss anything.
