A Little About Me

My training as a cheese seller (or cheese monger in the industry) came from individuals who'd worked for Neal's Yard Dairy in London, England, and had hands on knowledge of artisanal cheese-making in Ireland.  I later went on to Head my own Cheese Shop (making Who's Who Among Executive Women in for 2006 & 2007).  I'm now on the internet bringing all my cheesy knowledge to you!

I consider the information and links below to be a "cheese mongers" guide to the art of gourmet cheese.

Sheep Cheese: Ancient Heritage Dairy

Sheep cheese tastes distinctive, characteristically strong, and very different from cow or goat cheese. On this family sheep farm, the making of cheese reflects a slower pace of life along with a direct connection to the land. Consuming this cheese requires a careful eating pace.
