Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Butter softened
- 1 slice Cheddar cheese
- 1 slice Muenster cheese
- 1 slice Provolone cheese
- 2 slices Rye bread
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven's broiler.
2. Butter one side of each slice of bread, and place the bread butter side down onto a baking sheet. Place the cheese slices on top of each piece of bread.
3. Broil until the cheese is nice and bubbly and slightly browned. Remove from the oven, and press the two pieces of bread together cheese to cheese. Enjoy!

- where I come from we do a version called "welsh rarebit", basically cheese on toast, but you have to burn the cheese a little and if you don't add brown(steak)sauce, then it's just not perfect !

- This is delicious, I use the pan fry method though since cooking in the butter is better. I use pepper jack cheese too. Sometimes I'll add roast beef too but then it wouldn't be just grilled cheese. Good lens and it's easy to put it in the broiler.
