Chef Anthony Cumberbatch

Anthony Cumberbatch is an award-winning Celebrity Chef who creates ambitious and delicious dishes which result in a truly sensuous experience, a delight for the eyes as well as the mouth.

Drawing on his experience working alongside Anthony Warrell-Thompson and time spent in some of the UK's top kitchens including Dell-Ugo, Quaglinos and The Ivy, Anthony brings professionalism, rigour, perfectionism and a great deal of flair to his take on Caribbean cuisine.

Between 2006 and 2008 Anthony was named Best Caribbean Chef in the UK by the Caribbean Food Emporium. During his residency at Caribbean Scene, Docklands it was named Best Caribbean Restaurant in the UK for 2 years running and noted in many guides as a top place to eat Caribbean food in the UK.

More recently Anthony has gone on to create dishes for some high profile diners including as George Clooney, Mick Jagger, Jade Jagger, R Kelly, Patsy Kensit, Colin Salmon, Jermain Defoe, Sky Andrews, Earth Wind & Fire, Shalama, BlackStreet, Brenda Emanus, the cast of Eastenders to name just a few!

His work has been featured in the mainstream media including Marie Claire and he was recently featured in the BBC2's Caribbean Made Easy with Levi Roots.
