To have these at home you need a good reliable waffle maker that will turn out perfect waffles every time. This is where the Chef's Choice M840B WafflePro Express Classic Belgian Waffle Maker comes in. And it certainly is express - perfect waffles in just 90 seconds!
What's Different About Belgian Waffles?
There are actually many different types of waffle, and in fact there are a number of different types of Belgian waffles. Essentially though, a Belgian waffle is identified as being made from a lighter batter which contains yeast batter (as opposed to pancake batter). This causes the characteristic higher grid pattern forming deeper pockets. The result is a waffle that is light and crispy and perfect for breakfast or as a dessert. Why Choose the Chef's Choice M840B WafflePro Express Classic Belgian Waffle Maker
There are a lot of waffle makers out there but the Chef's Choice M840B has to be amongst the best if you are a Belgian Waffle lover. It has a range of settings so you can vary the texture and color of your waffles. They are very easy to use - simply pour in your mixture, close the lid and in as little as 90 seconds they are done. No flipping over is required. The high quality non-stick griddle surface makes it easy to remove your waffles when they are ready. Lights and beeper tell you when they are ready removing the guesswork.
On top of this, I think it looks great in the kitchen with a stylish design. The built in cord storage and the ability to store it upright ensures that it does not take up too much space on your worksurface or cupboards.

What Other People Say About The Chef's Choice M840B WafflePro Express
"This waffle maker is the bomb. I've had mine for almost a year now and am completely satisfied with it. It reaches operational heat in a couple of minutes and then cranks out the waffles. Once it has initially reached its operational temperature it quickly reheats (as in less than a minute) for the next waffle. This thing works so fast I wouldn't hesitate to cook waffles for a dozen people or more. The temperature controller works well and it is easy to adjust your waffle from any level of soft and chewy to brown and crispy, or a combination of the two. It is easy to clean as well. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another. The alarms and lights are still working well. I love it. "
"I purchased the Chef's Choice M840B Waffle maker for my husband for Christmas and now it is my favorite small kitchen appliance. Makes the best waffles ever, nice and crispy on outside and moist inside. The recovery time is almost nil so you can take one waffle out and immediately place new batter in maker. For me, the secret to the batter (store bought or your own recipe)is an extra tablespoon sugar for crispiness. The batter should be thick and be sure to let it rest about 3 to 5 minutes after mixing. I use the Racheal Ray Lazy Ladle to measure the amount of batter for each waffle......just a little less than 1/2 cup. Can't say enough about this little appliance. "
