What is Chi Running?
By incorporating principles from T'ai Chi and abiding by the laws of physics, ChiRunning makes running easy and fun again!
Why Chi Running?
Here's why Chi Running is the way to go.
Injuries
If there's one thing that scares away would-be runners, it's the high likelihood of injury. Everyone says "watch out for running, it's hard on your body and blows out your knees." That's true if you run based on power and muscle, but with proper form (which you learn in Chi Running,) injuries will become a thing of the past.
(I was injured a bunch myself until I took the plunge and worked on my form.)
Soreness
Don't you hate going for a good run but then having to take a few days off for your leg muscles to recover?
Switch to ChiRunning and you'll easily absorb all the impact and feel great after each run!
Discomfort
Injuries are one thing, but if running isn't comfortable at least while you're doing it, then why do it at all? With Chi Running, you can actually enjoy the time spent running!
Yes, as we can see, ChiRunning takes care of the typical problems faced by most runners.
But does Chi Running actually work?
ChiRunning sounds crazy, but it's the real deal.
I improved my form on my first run after watching the Chi Running DVD! And things have only gotten better since then.
I can run smoother and feel good at the end of a run. Instead of being sore and tired and having to take a few days off to recover, I feel good and can't wait to run again!
Check out the book and/or DVD, learn the technique, practice the drills they show you, and then go running. You'll be amazed at what happens!
