Individuals who have bought Chi Flat Irons from retail giants like Amazon.com or Target claim that their flat irons have broken after a few short months of use, but the manufacturer will not refund their money. According to the disgruntled, the reason given for refusing the refund is that the customer did not purchase the flat iron from a professional salon authorized dealer.
