Then there are the "Ma and Chop shops". These places often sell there own custom computers at discount prices and the expense of any quality. They sometimes used pirated software and charge you a reduced rate for it. They also suck you into going back to them for repairs because they keep the vital discs. Alright, there are some decent ones, but make sure you know the people.
