Sotanghon is also known as cellophane noodles,chinese vermicelli, bean threads, bean thread noodles, or glass noodles. A type of transparent noodle made from starch and is very popular in all Asian countries.

Looking for an easy soup? Presenting the CHICKEN SOTANGHON SOUP!!!

What You'll Need
2 tbsp cooking oil
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 pc small onion, coarsely chopped
1 pc chicken breast, shredded
1 tbsp atsuete oil
3 1/2 - 4 cups water
2 pcs Knorr Chicken Broth Cubes
1 pc carrots, sliced thinly
1 cup sotanghon (50 g.) soaked in water for 15 minutes
Spring onions for garnishing
Fried garlic for garnishing

Now Let's Cook!

- Saute garlic and onion, then add chicken breast and until cooked.

- Add carrots.

- Add atsuete oil.

- Pour in water.

- Add Knorr Chicken Broth Cubes and sotanghon noodles.

- Stir well and let it simmer.

- Sprinkle with onions and crunchy fired garlic on top.

To make atsuete oil, bring to a boil 1 tbsp of atsuete and 2 tbsp of oil. Drain atsuete and reserve the oil!

    my sotanghon soup is always losing liquid because it's absorbed by the sotanghon.
