  • 1 kg chicken
  • 2 onions
  • ¼ inch ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 tomatoes
  • ½ tsp chicken powder
  • 1 pack thin spaghetti
  • ½ cup cheese
  • 3 tsp curd
  • 2 tsp refined oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1½ cup cheese
  • ½ cup finely chopped coriander leaves


Method for Chicken Spaghetti Casserole Recipe
Cut the chicken into pieces, remove the skin and wash it well. Boil the chicken in hot water. As the chicken gets boiled, add the lemon juice and mix it well. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Pour the spaghetti in hot water and drain it after it is boiled. Heat oil in a pan and add the finely chopped onions, ginger paste and garlic paste. Fry it deeply. Add the tomatoes, salt, chicken powder and fry it well.

Add the boiled chicken and spaghetti to the fried mixture. Mix it well patiently. Apply butter to the casserole dish and pour the mixture. Spread the finely chopped coriander leaves and cheese on the whole. Keep it in oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until the cheese is melted.
