Creating chickens in vintage pants isn't enough. What really rounds out these plushies is the tiny backstory that each one gets.

Big Jim Chickenpants-
One of the first Chickenpants ever! Here's his blurb:
A rootin, tootin chicken.

6.5" high,
4" wide
Broad at the shoulders and narrow at the hips.
And everybody knows you don't give no lip
to Big Jim Chickenpants.

Chickenpants Au Vin-
Chickenpants au Vin is a continental chicken. He has a cultivated taste for the finer things in life- the arts, fine food, fine wine, and of course, fine clothing. He speaks with a thick, not-quite-placeable Europe-y accent. This may have something to do with his being born in Des Moines, and never actually having *been* to Europe. In any case, he has savoir faire to burn and he's itching to see the world.

Lola Chickenpants - Original One of a Kind Super Fantastic Plush
Sorry about the title. Lola insisted that "Original" was not enough to say just how amazing she was. Nor was just tacking on "one of a kind". "I mean really, everything in this shop is one of a kind. It goes without saying." She simply wasn't happy until I added on the "Super Fantastic" bit. "Yes. Yes...super fantastic...just like my Jordache belt buckle. Excellent." She's just that kind of girl. If you think you can handle this kind of chicken in your life, then Lola is for you.

Chickenpants Hot Wheels
Vrrooooommm! Who's that skidding round the track? Vrrooooom! It's Chickenpants Hot Wheels, and he's pushing his chickenfoot to the metal! Vroooooomm!

Hot Wheels has earned his name, yes, for driving fast, but also for wearing a small toy tire as a belt buckle.
He's made from fuzzy fleece, non allergenic polyfill, vintage stretchy plaid fabric, little beads for eyes, little bit of ribbon, and one Hot Wheels wheel for a belt buckle.
