The interesting thing about KFC Honey BBQ Wings:
This item is not available in KFC Malaysia, where I live. I don't recall seeing this in KFC Singapore & Hong Kong either. In England for that matter, but that was 10 years ago.

So, I would really like to hear from you if this is on the menu in your favorite KFC.

BBQ With KFC Staff

A Day Trip With Local KFC Staff

When I was 18, I worked at my local KFC outlet. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my life, so I figured I might as well spend a few weeks working. It was fun, and we had a lot of parties. Most of which started after 11pm, when the restaurant closed.

On one occasion, we went on a day-trip to a beautiful waterfall and have a bbq while we were there. What could be better? You would image a group of people working in a restaurant would know how to cook right? Well, guess what? For starters, no one knew how to start a charcoal fire. As the newest member of the team, I was amazed that no one could start a fire. Haven't anyone bbq before in their life?

So I started the fire, while everyone else prepped the chicken wings. In their rush to bbq, they burnt their wings. They actually cooked their wings in the flames. After I showed them how to do, they kept asking me how to see if the wings were done. And some of these guys were cooks and team leaders in KFC. Just goes to show you what can happen when a group of city kids hit the outdoors.... without supervision!
