Children's books for Christmas 2010
Ranked #10,858 in Books, Poetry & Writing, #383,885 overall
I always loved books for Xmas
When I was a kid I always received a book for Christmas. I used to be so excited about getting it. Then I would probably finish the book by the next day.
I'm going to suggest books for kids and young adults this year for presents from Santa! With the Australian dollar being above parity of the US dollar for the moment, you would be well serviced by buying from Amazon.
I will be suggesting all the winners and award getters judged by the Australian Children's Book Council, because these books are judged to be the best for each year.

- These suggestions look very interesting. I am not familiar with Gregory Rogers' books but looked them up after reading your lens. I think I will check out The Boy, The Bear, The Baron, The Bard. I like books for young readers that are sophisticated enough to appeal to an older audience as well. I teach middle schoolers (8th grade) and find that books like this can be used as fun introductions to new topics. Thanks for the info.

- I always buy my kids one fiction and one non fiction book each year. I have done so since my first child was born 26 yrs ago. The fiction they often read and pass on but the nonfiction ones fill their bookcases.
