...and I Wish I Were a Teddy Bear?
My children loved their teddy bears but I don't remember having any teddy bears as a child. I do remember I had a lot of dolls and I was quite content to play with all of them. I especially loved my Barbie dolls.
I must admit teddy bears are quite adorable. The so...sweet look of an adorable teddy bear always brightens my day.
Over the years, I have collected a few stuffed animals but I still don't own any teddy bears. My goodness...how did all this love for teddy bears happen? Is it possible that I wished I were a teddy bear?

My Children Loved Their Teddy Bears!
While I was browsing through some old photo albums, I happened to come across a lot of old photos with my children and their stuffed toys. Well, it's my children that loved their teddy bears.
Yes, not only did they have a lot of different teddy bears but a lot of different stuffed toys and animals. I fondly remember the first little brown teddy bear my son received for Christmas one year. I'm not sure if he would want me to share his love for his little brown teddy bear so I thought I would make my first teddy bear lens blue.
Blue Teddy Bears might seem like an odd color for teddy bears but I have a special fondness for the color blue. When I finish making a couple of more teddy bear lenses, I will be making some lenses on stuffed toys. If you love little teddy bears, have a peak at some of my lenses.

I am a little bit shy about sharing my son's story about his precious brown teddy bear. (He carried his darn little brown teddy bear around for years). I'm afraid as far as he was concerned, it was always "Hands off My Teddy Bear." Maybe I'll leave his teddy bear story for another lens!

After making so many teddy bear lenses, I think I just wish I were a teddy bear! I am amazed everyday at how many different teddy bears I come across while trying to do research for other lenses. What's not to love about an adorable teddy bear!
What...not again...
My son had a Pooh Bear Christmas Ornament hanging on his Christmas Tree this year. While I was taking photos of his Christmas tree, I took a few closeup photos of his Christmas Ornaments. I thought he would say "Hey, hands off my Pooh Bear" but instead his girlfriend but a candy cane by the Pooh Ornament. Now that I think of it, Winnie the Pooh would be another great idea for a Teddy Bear lens.

Mom's Christmas Teddy Bears
My mom has a few grandchildren and great-grandchildren so she has a lot of toys. She has bunny rabbits, little dolls, big dolls, stuffed toys and assorted teddy bears. I had thought of making a Christmas Teddy Bear lens but then I thought everyone would think I had lost it. Here's a photo of some of my mom's Teddy Bears. She had some of her Christmas Teddy Bear's displayed at the top of the stairs in her home at Christmastime.
