Chile sauce is easy to make, spicy and delicious!

It is easy to learn to make chile sauce. Chile sauce is something you'll use for many delicious Mexican food recipes.

Chile sauce starts, of course, with chiles - and fresh chiles are easy to grow in a kitchen garden. However if you don't have fresh chiles you can buy them at the store in the vegetable section, or buy chile powder in the spice aisle.

I love chile sauce over enchiladas. I also use it for chiliquilas, frijoles con chile, and many other recipes.

Mmmm... red hot chile powder! Good for what ails you! Chile is great food for when you have a cold - it will make your sinuses run and that of course helps avoid the dreaded sinus headache. It is said to be good for digestion, cleansing the blood, malaria, and more. PLUS it is the perfect ingredient for chile sauce!
