Do you love Chili and Dips? If so, this lens just may be for you. New Years eve in my household is our snacking day even though we do not host any parties. We love to make plenty of different dips. In addition to New Year eve, we make this dip whenever we are in the mood for it. I don't remember where I had originally found the dip but I can tell you is that I love it. Anyone who can open a can and use a spoon can make this dip.

Mexican Chili Cheese Dip

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can Hormel chili with no beans (or home-made chili)
Green Onions
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Chips

Instructions

Mash and break up cream cheese into bottom of glass pie dish with a fork.

Top with chili and onions.

Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover and refrigerate.

When ready to serve, microwave on High for 5 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, salsa, and a side dish of sour cream garnished with a sprig of cilantro or parsley.
