Easy Cheesy Chili Dip

Easy Cheesy Chili Dip is so easy to make. All you need is cream cheese, chili, cheddar cheese, cilantro, and 5 minutes of your time. That's it! Easy Cheesy Chili Dip can be served with variety of things including, fresh veggies, crackers, breadsticks, and colored tortilla chips. This is a perfect anytime dip but expecially great for parties because it's inexpensive and quick to create.   

Easy Cheesy Chili Dip

Makes 24 Servings

Ingredients:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese (Softened)
1 can (15 oz.) chili
1/2 cup shirdded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro




Directions:

1. Spread cream cheese onto a microwave platter.
2. Top with chili and cheddar cheese and microwave on high for 45 seconds or until cheese is melted.
3. Sprinkle with cilantro.

Serving Suggestions:
Cut-up veggies
Crakers
Breadsticks
Colored Tortilla Chips

Topping Suggestions:
Chopped Green Onions
Chopped Olives
Sour Cream
