Custom Chinese Tattoo Translation And Design

Have you thought about getting a Chinese tattoo design but were unsure where to find the right design that would express what you want correctly and uniquely? What if you had access to a professional Chinese Tattoo Artist and translator who could help you design the PERFECT Chinese Tattoo design that would give you a lifetime of pride? Would you check it out?

I believe I have found just such the source -- so much so -- that I have ordered my own Tattoo design from YingYing.

I decided to purchase Yingying's services because I was very impressed with her work. You can see the design below which expresses something that is very important to me and the way I have lived life (I have MS and sometimes have to battle a little more to live life abundantly).

I've created this lens because I'm really impressed with the service Yingying provides and I wanted to share it. You can read about my own experience below.

Dream Tattoo?

Do you think you can find your dream tattoo from a couple dozen Kanjis hanging on a tattoo parlor wall or a binder??

Not!

Meet the Artist - YingYing

YingYing is a Chinese Tattoo Artist who has been in the business of translating thousands of English words into Chinese and custom designs for inking purposes. She has been been creating tattoo art for over four years. Chinese symbols have a complex beauty as well as special individual meanings that draw many people to them.

Unfortunately, the flip-side is that there are a lot of Chinese tattoo mistakes and blunders. YingYing has personally seen such elementary mistakes as Chinese symbols being tattooed backwards or which meant something other than that which was intended.

Her goal is to help people explore the beauty and complexity of Chinese symbols safe in the knowledge that they are dealing with a professional who understands the complexity of the Chinese language.

You can visit YingYing's Website and use her custom services to create the tattoo design of your dreams.

Caution!!

Don't trust every Chinese translation you see! You don't want to be stuck wearing a translation that is totally wrong or offensive.

Vital Mistakes Of Chinese Tattoos & How To Avoid Them

do you think you can pick up your dream tattoo from a handful of kanjis?

Some of the classic mistakes one might encounter when getting a Chinese tattoo from someone who does not know the language:

Missing strokes and defaced Symbols

The majority of tattoo artists in Western countries know nothing about the Chinese language, not to mention how to write in Chinese. Tattoos containing missing strokes is a common mistake and makes the tattoo meaningless. Poor penmanship defaces the Chinese characters and makes them look ugly. Wearing meaningless Chinese symbol tattoos is embarrassing.

Chinese Symbols Being Tattooed Backwards

Yikes!! A much more common mistake comprises Chinese characters that are flipped horizontally or vertically and thus are an actual mirror image of what the design should be. This is really embarrassing.

The wrong translation

Chinese characters are complex and can easily mean something other than intended. Get the wrong one and your new Chinese symbol tattoo will be a permanent source of embarrassment to you.

Choosing Kanji from Tattoo Parlors.

Some Tattoo parlors present dozens of Kanji either on the wall or inside of binders for their customers to view and choose from. Many of these Kanjis are either missing strokes or being mistranslated. Moreover, do you think you can pick up your dream tattoo from a handful of kanjis.

YingYing can create something original that will express just what you want it to.

What are you purchasing when you buy? My own experience.

After being very impressed with her work, I decided to order my own design from Yingying. I ordered a "Chinese Stamp" design which you can see on her website.

I ordered an expression that exhibits the spirit in the way I live life. It is also a common tenet of Tae Kwon Do. Within 24 hours Yingying contacted me with an explanation of the design, a basic translation and 3 stamp designs (with stencil outlines for my artist) to choose from.

I was really impressed.

When you buy, you are purchasing YingYing's custom design skills. Within 24-48 hours she will provide the design by e-mail.

Allan, I am the author of this page and the owner of the foot with "Indomitable Spirit" on it. Consider using any one of my links on this page to work with Ying Ying. She was great to work with, communicative and right on. I had a great experience, that's why I made the page :)
