Why am I writing about Chip Coffey? As my readers know, I have written several Paranormal Articles now, and among them have been a few of the "stars" and crewmembers of these shows. My readers also know my past experiences with the Paranormal. Chip Coffey truly strikes me as genuine, and I do not say that about many Psychics. Chip Coffey and I also have a lot in common, as I have found in my research.
Besides all of that, I find Chip Coffey worthy of an Article and my time. I also feel that there are many people interested in the man, his gifts, and his life

Chip Coffey Information
Some you knew, some you didn't
Chip was born in Upstate NY, raised in SC, and now lives in the burbs of Atlanta Georgia. He is the Great-Grandson of Cherokee Medicine Woman Minnie Sue Marrow Foster (It should be noted that no mention is made of Minnie Sue Marrow Foster in Google, other than by Chip Coffey's references.
Chip Volunteers in several Hospice organizations including Hospice Atlanta and The Twilight Brigade/Compassion in Action.
Chip Coffey will appeared at the 2008 Hauntedcon, in Phoenix, Arizona Sept 26-28.

The Chip Coffee Debate
Because no one can EVER agree
Chip Coffey is hailed by some, and denounced by others. As with any person, or any profession for that matter, Coffey comes under fire in several arenas. In one forum I read, there was some issues discussed, but the insults ran rampant. The majority of the mocking comments were obviously homophobic. Apparently the moderators didn't like Chip Coffey's appearance either. A Mister Brian Thompson seems to have some definite issues. You can read what he posts HERE For the record, does it MATTER if Coffey is gay or not? I wouldn't think that has anything to do with him as a psychic, or a person!On the flip side, I found a blogger who is a skeptic, a native American, and seems to put the Nay-Sayers in their place. Check it out HERE Read the entire page, Chip Coffey has a few words in his own defense. Also, I don't know if they will post it or not, but I left a comment.

Yes he is very real. My only problem is that most mediums charge huge amounts for reading. I feel like its high way robbery,and taking advantage of people that are hurting. Chip's prices are much more reasonable, the last mediums I checked with were at the least 700 dollars for 15 min. I guess if I want to know whats going on with my sister and nephew who died 8 months apart I will have to ask them my self. I still have not forgiven my self for not being there, and I know they are here wi th me. I love Chip Coffee and think he is a wonderful medium. I hope I didnt get off the subject.

He's as fake as they come. He has a snobby "i'm better than thou" attitude, and likes to brag about anything he does. He also often tells people how much he "saves animals" yet he eats them every day and sees no problem with the pain these animals experience. Hes far from godly and far from PEACE. I hope someone exposes him through footage we DONT see on the show.

The saving grace of the show, for me, is that they do teach the kids how to empower themselves. Hopefully, although they cannot personally follow up on all of these kids, they do recommend some good further guidance and help for them.

my son has seen things since he was 2 years old and what had haunted him is still here and he has closed things off since the murder of his friend that did not happen yet he went down stairs where she was. and he has closed things off and some times he has major mood swings when he has come back to his dads and my youngest son said he sees it too.... he is now 20 yrs old and i did find out when he was in high school he did do the quijui board and said he would never do it again and things have really went bad between his dad and i we have been divorced many years and now i have had to ask to move back and and things are getting worse.... what is going on
