Learn how to become an Entreprenuer online.
After a few years searching for the right and real home business opportunity, I stumbled upon a website which I didn't really get into at first. I saw the same old pictures with the exotic car, the same old "You can make money real fast" type of website, so I blew it off. So I continued on in search on becoming an Internet Marketer, which of coarse I was young and really didn't have that much money to start off with. So I joined people that were free, which was great because I was making money without having to spend any. But it was only a few bucks here a few bucks there; I wanted more. And at the time I was still new at Internet Marketing, but I was very experience in other stuff with the internet and a computer. Me and my brother can do any thing on a computer, matter a fact we can do anything to an electronic device. I like to to make the value of something worth the value, I'm not sure if thats confusing but I'm very cheap; I love money. When people buy something they usually never use the full potential of that thing they bought like a computer which can do absolutely pretty much anything. Do you know how much of an investment your making from a $600 or less computer? Do you know how much education you can get from a computer? I'm a college student and when I need help with something I turn right to my computer, I don't even bother with my professor because I know the answer is on the computer. And I'm also an Entrepreneur and when I need money I turn right to my trusted friend my computer.
So I started searching around and asking people what is the best way to make money the fastest and the easiest they told me Affiliate Marketing; so I looked for some companies one by one. And I got shut down because they asked me for a website, which I didn't have. But, I wasn't shut down for to long, I went searching and I made a Myspace and that didn't work. So then I found a website called Squidoo. I first made a lens on something of interest, video games, and then I wrote about reviews on them. Then I went to Linkshare, signed up for every single company just to see how many I could join and I made out good. I had a lot of "applications denied," but it's alright I'll get them later. So, I started doing that for awhile and made some good commissions, but I wanted more. Linkshare, is a great company if you want to become an affiliate marketer, you basically put banners on your website, blog, lens, and even a Myspace page. You can e-mail, write on forums, chat, etc. Just don't do what I did, and sometimes still do, I tend to put them all over making it look like a messy flea market.
As time went on, I had joined so many different programs, systems, and softwares. And still I was not satisfied with the money I was making and with the hours I was putting in. So I met a friend he was working EDC, a site I once thought to be a scam. He also work many, many different programs and some he recommended to me and some he warned me about, which I will warn you, and show you some great sites.
In the beginning, he signed in and the first thing I noticed is they have a live call almost everyday except Friday. They have overview, training, and team training calls. They also have speakers that call on certain days. And thats not it, they have more than one phone call on some days. Which is great because when you join some websites, thats it, you join and you read their steps and when your stuck with something you e-mail them and they try to sell you another product. Which is ridiculous, I remember I signed up with this online company I forgot the name , but when I remember I'll let you know. And I read their long page and their pages, so after I put my e-mail in to keep in touch and watch what they market. They e-mailed me like ten times in 3 days, about the program I signed up to, so I e-mailed them back. They replied back to me telling me "If you want to make money buy this now" and that was it, which if they had a number I would have called them, to at least get more than that. And it turned me off, and I asked a few questions I was anticipating at least one answered question. Those are the type of people to stay away from, at least thats how I feel, I felt that all they did was send me an automatic e-mail, you know. They must of just set something up so when people ask a question, they answer saying "want a million dollars?" Which is ridiculous.
My friend was telling me about sponsorship and how that all works, which I also read many different views online on that. When he started EDC, he had a sponsor and he got to know the sponsor when he got into EDC. But he really didn't know to much about her, except that she was promoting this company. And most people complain because they can't get in touch with their sponsor, or their sponsor is no longer their. But, thats the same as if you were a manager and one of your employees quit and didn't call up, what do you do? You get a new employee and thats it, and the new employee you have to trust and understand more better. And thats exactly what we did, we called a guy who we thought would be a great person to work with and someone who we know will be there for us every step of the way.
Last weekend my friend to me to a seminar, which was out of this world. I got to meet big names and great people. Which we listen to speakers and we all got together and talked about EDC, with its strengths and weaknesses, as if we were part of the business. Not only that but I had the chance to go eat lunch with 2 of the speakers, Ben Pavlow and Gary Eby. Which they both were very different but very alike, Ben lived in Philadelphia and Gary lived in Texas. It was funny because EDC gives you so much products it's unbelievable and one of the guys was telling me that he just sells the products, because when you sign up you get resell rights were you can sell the products and keep 100% commissions, and you can sell them everywhere, and anywhere. You can also use the products to aid in your own business. Like you ever seen Traffic generators, auto responders, and much, much more that you can use. Trust me EDC has a lot of products, and they update and add new products so your not only getting the products you paid for months back but your always getting products as they get them. Which is one of the best things, because most internet companies sell you something and you get an e-mail a few days later showing you a new product to buy. EDC does not do that, you sign up and your on the go, you got everything you need I say the hardest part and I'm being honest is being a salesmen. Thats why I have my friend he does the talking and I do the teachings, and learning part. Because when people sign up their going to want to, to be able to talk to someone, but not all the time I'm a shy person but it did help me to over come that by working with people online and offline. If your a shy person don't worry about it, you don't have to talk to no one if you you don't want to, you can sell the products and make money that way, or you can communicate through e-mail. Wow I got off the subject, anyway the seminar was great, I love motivational speeches but I love more to see the business in action and what its doing and I got both. Theres is one secret I'm allowed to let you guys know, because theirs a lot secrets for later on but one I have to let you guys know. The price is going up, it should be up next month, and no I'm not trying to do that thing where it was $8997, and now its $547, I'm telling you the truth. If you don't sign up this month the price is going up. If you don't believe me bookmark this blog and come back next month, or just keep in touch, but theres going to be a blog soon about the price change.
I am going to keep up to date on the lens with more about EDC, and more of the other programs I worked on in the past and the future. Whats The Difference Between The Rich And The Poor?
What I hear a lot is "Their rich because they were born rich," do you believe that? Do you believe that you can't be rich because of your parents not being rich? I hope not because I hope my son/daughter far exceeds what I make. Most people look at their environment and grow up poor and guess what they stay poor, because the schools are not going to teach about money, maybe your parents will, but most don't. So what do people do they adjust to everyone else's standards, your friends get a job getting minimum wage; so do you. It's a horrible thing to do, most people say "I don't care I just want to live comfortable," trust me when your old and can't work no more, you won't be saying that. Or better yet when your wife or you wants to go to Europe, Italy, Puerto Rico, Las Vegas (my favorite place). To have fun and enjoy life without worrying about the money your spending. You don't want to go to Universal Studios and just bring enough to get in the park, you want to try out everything, play the games, eat the food, and have money left over to do other things.
I met a millionaire, which is now a friend and I'm going to teach you some helpful ideas he has taught me. I went to a seminar hosted by EDC, which is a great company that I am proud to say I'm apart of. And a friend of mine bought Myron Golden's book, which he gave it to me to read. All I can say is wow, he is perfect with numbers, and I thought I was, this guy is great. Here's a passage from his book titled "From The Trash Man To The Cash Man" you ready for it, alright here it is. "...You put your money in a bank account that will give you less than 3%, sometimes even less then 1% interest on your money. Then you get a credit card through the same bank and you borrow your own money from the bank at 18%-24% interest. No wonder people are broke. They loan their money to the bank at 0%-3% interest and borrow it back for 18%-24%..." That's crazy right, I never thought of it that way. Another thing I'd like to share from that I thought was interesting, he says "...Here are the statistics: of 100 people working from age 20 to age 65 (a 45-year time period), One becomes rich, four become financially independent, five are still working, 28 are dead, and 62 are dead broke..." What that means is 5% are financially independent, and 95% are not. You don't want to be part of that 95%. Those passages are just from the first two chapters of the book, he talks about his past, his experience's, his principles, his secrets, and much, much more. I highly recommend this book for the learning, ideas, and for a great mindset. I haven't read the whole book I am still in the process, but I just had to let everyone know about it.
