Chocolate Carrot Cake Recipe

CHOCOLATE CARROT CAKE INGREDIENTS :

100g carrots, finely shredded lengthwise
150 g cooking chocolate, melted
200 g wheat flour
1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
1 / 4 teaspoon baking soda
35 g cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
75 g sugar
4 eggs
125 ml cooking oil
1 drop vanilla essence
75 g almonds, for sprinkling

HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE CARROT CAKE :

1. Stir sugar, eggs and vanilla essence until thick. Pour melted chocolate that has been cooked. Stir.
2. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and cinnamon powder as he sifted until blended.
3. Add almonds, carrots and cooking oil. Mix well.
4. Pour into a baking dish that has been spread with butter. Bake with a temperature of 135 C for 45 minutes until cooked. Remove and serve.
