Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Easy Cookies with only 4 ingredients

- Serves: 24 cookies
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy whatever you prefer)
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional - want just PB cookies...leave them out)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup white sugar
Instructions
...that's right...NO FLOUR!
Now, a standard in most of my cookies is 1 small cap full of vanilla extract and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon...but that's always optional.

Mix peanut butter, sugar and egg until well blended.
Add and fold into batter the chocolate chips.
Scoop batter out in 1" balls, place 2" apart on an ungreased cookie tin
and flatten with fork.
