Choco-holics Dream
Well, as with most things this too has a story where the idea stemmed from. I have always made my husband things for his lunch from scratch. One day I felt lazy and purchased some chocolate cookies with a caramel filling. He took them to work, shared them and everyone thought I made them scratch and wanted the recipe. When I my husband told me about this, I explained to him that they were store brought cookies and he said he didn't know. Well, one of the fellows he works with offered him a cookie (Just like the ones he share) so the cat was out of the bag and everyone knew the recipe was not mine.
To try and straighten this out, I came up with this recipe and decided to write a page about them so the recipe can be printed out and if my husband is asked if I made them, he can just share the recipe. BTW-my Cookie Bar Delight I created for Chef Feegle-well, I asked my husband if he like them. He said yes, but they were not his favorites. I love those cookies but on the other hand my husband is not really into cranberries and I love them, so maybe that makes a difference.

Did you know that "Coffee" enhances the flavor of Chocolate?
