- I LOVE learning new things ... and learning new things about chocolate is the best thing EVER. I've seen Motzart chocolates before, but didn't realize they were from Austria. I didn't even know Austria was known for its chocolates. Yum!

- There is a shop in Salzburg where they sell chocolate bars that have a scene of bears on them, they are made with white and milk chocolate. I'm trying to find out the name of the shop, I believe it's Braun Confiserie, but not sure. Would love to buy from them online, but not sure they have a store...

- WordCustard,
I can't say how happy I am to find this lens. Let me explain. Our homeschool group holds a cultural fair each year and we pick a country to study. This year it's Austria. We've already studied several wonderful things about Austria and have wondered if they made chocolate. But so far, I hadn't come across any interesting info...until now! I searched Squidoo for Austria and found this fabulous (and scrumptious) lens. I had NO IDEA Milka was made in Austria. Thank you! Now when we have our fair, we will have Milka (or another one you listed) to share with our friends.

- What a wonderful story, glad I could help! I've double checked and Milka was definitely created in Austria, though by a Swiss chocolatier (what a job!), so I'd say it more than qualifies. :) Enjoy your cultural fair, sounds a lot of fun!

- I purchased a lot, and i do mean a lot of chocolate last year, for Christmas. The Austrian chocolate he said was just marvelous! I only eat sugar-free, and once in a long while, but he is a chocoholic! We agree, Austria turns out some of the best chocolate to be had, anywhere!

- When I visited Austria and Switzerland, I sampled so much chocolate, I thought I'd explode...instead I just got fat :) The Milka chocolate was soooo creamy and delicious. Personally I wasn't a fan of the Mozart chocolates, but of course I ate them anyway....can't pass up anything chocolate after all!
