-2/3 cup chocolate syrup
-1 TSP peppermint extract
-1 cup whipping cream, whipped

1.In large bowl, combine Eagle Brand, syrup and peppermint extract. Fold in whipped cream.
2.Spoon equal portions into 6 or 8 individual serving dishes.
3.Freeze 3 to 4 hours or until firm.
4.Garnish as desired.

Serve immediately.

Optional Garnishes:
Chocolate shavings, whipped cream, a mint leaf, a mint truffle, a chopped York Mint patty, a chocolate or vanilla wafer, an oreo cookie, or a few mini marshmallows.
