Fresh pecan halves, sugary syrup, margarine, egg, and sugar granules and chocolate chips creates a delightful filling for a Chocolate Pecan Pie that you will not soon forget.

Chocolate Pecan Pie Directions

- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Total Time: 1 hour 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Unbaked 9 inch pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup pecan halves
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Beat the eggs with the sugar, salt, butter, and syrup, using a hand beater.
Stir in the pecans and chocolate chips, then pour this mixture into the pie shell.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until set.
Cool for 20 minutes, then serve.
