Beware! Once you try this chocolate you will never go back to grocery store candy again. Amedei's 'Extra 66%' has straightforward chocolate and coffee flavors that are easy on the palate, and are great in just the way that your grandma's cookies were. This bar is an excellent example of the gourmet difference.

Always glad to find more chocolate lovers. The more the merrier. Lindt's 85% is by far their best chocolate. I might suggest trying Michel Cluizel's Grand Noir 85% or maybe even one of Slitti's 90%. They are excellent, very flavorful chocolates. Posted August 02, 2006 |
