Amedei's 'Extra 66%' has straightforward chocolate and coffee flavors that are easy on the palate, and are great in just the way that your grandma's cookies were. - Always glad to find more chocolate lovers. The more the merrier. Lindt's 85% is by far their best chocolate. I might suggest trying Michel Cluizel's Grand Noir 85% or maybe even one of Slitti's 90%. They are excellent, very flavorful chocolates.
