Chocolate has been worshiped for hundreds of years as the "Fruit of the Gods" and rightfully so. Fine chocolate can be a sensual delicacy for both the palette and the soul. In other words, it just makes us feel good.
Please let me share with you my passion for one of life's finest luxuries.
Chocolate of the Week
Each week I'll post a new chocolate to try. (Scroll Down for Prior Posts)
Beware! Once you try this chocolate you will never go back to grocery store candy again. Amedei's 'Extra 66%' has straightforward chocolate and coffee flavors that are easy on the palate, and are great in just the way that your grandma's cookies were. This bar is an excellent example of the gourmet difference.

- Always glad to find more chocolate lovers. The more the merrier. Lindt's 85% is by far their best chocolate. I might suggest trying Michel Cluizel's Grand Noir 85% or maybe even one of Slitti's 90%. They are excellent, very flavorful chocolates.
