Chocolate Recipes
I have a fascination with chocolate. If you search the internet you'll find millions of chocolate recipes for free. 'Why?', you may ask. Chocolate is fantastic and in Europe and America we consume literally millions of tons of it each year. However, the greatest consumers are the Scandinavians I blieve. I must admit that I've never heard nor tasted Scandanavian chocolate. They probably import it.
Chocolate for me has been a constant and familiar friend over the years. I understand the Scandanavian's liking for it.
Since it's discovery,chocolate has had many properties associated with it. Not least, as an aphrodisiac.
One famous Inca ruler is said to have consumed up to 50 cups a day to help him with his harem.
