    Thanks for the wonderful information on chocolate! I think I'll have to have some Hot Chocolate instead of my morning coffee. Oh wait! Maybe a Cafe Borgia instead.

    Chocolate is so yummy and no I ain't no girl. I just like chocolate. Chocolate covered peanuts and peanut clusters and almonds and cashews and rasins and huckleberries and strawberries and well you get the point.

    I think my all time favorite chocolate was Lindt . . but I haven't (yet) tried them all. Thanks for such a thorough introduction and history to other kinds (the trick for me must be to enjoy it in small amounts). Take good care, Rose

    Cadbury, Lindt and Godiva do make wonderful chocolate which we are able to get here in the US, lucky us!

    I love the chocolate I can buy in a shop of "sustainable commerce". It comes from Columbia and it´s great!

    I was very inspired after watching the movie "Chocolat." Was anyone else? So many uses for chocolate, that's what I love about it. I just had a vanilla ice cream cone dipped in chocolate.

    I'm sure I've had European chocolate, because I've been to Europe a number of times and can't imagine that I didn't have some, but I'd be interested to do a side-by-side taste test to see what you're saying about the difference. Which, of course, would have to include a lot of samples in order to be a valid test. :)
