Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
You are going to a party. You have food allergies. So do many of the other people attending. The catch? All of these food intolerances are different.
What can you bring? Hopefully something that doesn't taste like a cross between sand and cardboard. Maybe even a dish that is good enough for the rest of the guests, those sans allergies.
What is the answer? Gluten free, grain free, dairy free, lactose free, vegan, naturally sweetened chocolate chip cookies. For everyone!

- Great, but what about people with nut allergies, like me? This is why I am wary to eat vegan cookies, you never know what kind of flour they've used. Is there one that substitutes rice flour in?

- I have tried gluten free cookies from coast to coast and most tasted like sandy cardboard. I gave it one more shot using this recipe and I'm hooked! The cookies taste amazing and the recipe used so few ingredients. Thanks , Elana....from a new fan.

- The cookies were chewy and delicious. I was unsure of the almond flour but they turned out better than I ever would have thought. Delicious and nutritious!
