Oh, my God! The only thing that is wrong with this lens is that you actually accepted the idea that anyone should make fudge without walnuts! That is a crime in my book!

Mom used to make her chocolate mayonnaise cake on cold winter nights and we loved it (the recipe is on a lens) but even better was fudge night. I remember waiting for the ball to form in water as an exciting signal that it was done! Youha! And trying to convince her to make a second batch with peanut butter. 5*

Every Christmas I can look forward to my mom's fudge. She uses the recipe on the back of the marshmallow fluff jar. She usually makes a batch with and a batch without walnuts. I prefer no nuts. If you love choclate as much as I do then you should give Jacques Torres Choclate a try You'll have to find them on the web at www.mrchoclate.com It's a bit on the pricey side but totally worth it.

What can one say if he faces an onslaught barriage of chocolate fudge goodies such as these !Only one more thing: after all this fudge and chocolates I would recommend some MORINGA powder to offset the imbalance on sugar levels. MORINGA powder is known to lower bloodsugar.

    try...

    condensed milk
    sugar (200g)

mix sugar and condensed milk on the hob and stir on heat for 10 mins (do not stop stirring or it will stick to saucepan). after 10 mins get a teaspoon and take a piece of fudge and drop in cold water and mould into ball, if moulds into small ball... its read
