Bridal Shoes - Info you should know

There are a number of items you should take to your dress fitting and your bridal shoes are one of these. You wedding dress will be shortened taking the height of your bridal shoes into account so your bridal gown gracefully skims the floor without you tripping over it. So make sure you've ordered your bridal shoes in plenty of time to take them with your dress fittings.

Do you really need dyeable bridal shoes?

If you have a tradition white or pale ivory wedding dress then you won't really need to dye your bridal shoes, so don't pay extra for the service. Even if your bridal shoes and dress aren't an exact match none of your guests are going to get close enough to your feet to notice and if they do why are they lying on the floor?

Dyeable bridal shoes are fantastic for those brides who are wearing an off white dress that has a tint of another colour such as pink or blue.

If you buy expensive bridal shoes, then make sure they are dyeable as you can dye them another colour after you've worn them as bridal shoes so they can be worn for other occassions too.

if your planning wearing bridal shoes with a heel make sure they are not much higher than your used to wearing, limit yourself to heels no higher than an inch more than your used to wearing. The exception to this rule is if you normally wear flat shoes than you could wear 2 inch wedding heels. You want to feel confident when walking down the aisle not concentrating walking in your heels.
