Why I Chose the Free to Relax Team
You can learn, step by step, exactly what it takes to succeed in this business.
We also provide free, ongoing training, tools, and resources to build your business.
This lens will cover the various ways you can work your candle business:
* Retail (home parties, expos, "life-styling," etc.)
* Fund raisers (GOLD MINE!)
* Team building (do you know 5 people who burn scented candles & are serious about making additional income?)
Product Info: 16 oz. Jar Candles
The jar candles have two wicks. Unlike the other jar candles sitting around my house at the time, these candles burn EVENLY. They don't "tunnel," leaving a bunch of unused wax!
I also appreciate that wax these candles are made of is comprised of vegetables and other natural, renewable resources.
What's a Melt?
Melts are a sort of wickless candle you can put in a well ventilated, candle lit or UL approved electric was potpourri pot. Personally, I feel like using the candle lit melter pots defeat the purpose of the melts.
These are great because you can easily change out your scent. Just let the melted wax harden, and pop it out and replace with another scent!
If your liquified Mia Melt should spill, it is no problem to clean it up with just soap and water.
You can order them in packs of 10, or in some cases, purchase from your distributor in singles.
Which candle scent do you think is our #1 best seller?
Choose from:
a. Angel Wings (a cherry/vanilla/almond scent)
b. French Vanilla
c. Hot Apple Pie
d. Sweet Orange & Chili Pepper

Focus on: Retailing options
The posssibilities are only limited by your imagination!
That's one of the things I love about this company: you are not limited to one method of marketing. You can make a GREAT income just by selling the products, and that doesn't have to stop at home parties.
You can use the "smell and sell" technique just about anywhere! This method involves asking people you come into contact with during your day to day life, "Do you burn scented candles?" Do this while handing them a scent sample attached to a business card.
As a Candle of the Month subscriber, you will receive a dozen votives every month in the current month's scent. That's enough to keep and burn some for yourself, give some away as gifts, or gifts-with-purchase, and still make some scent samples to attach to business cards.
That's not your style? No problem! You can also add to your retail sales by dropping off free candle drawing boxes at local businesses. Leave them a demo candle to burn and enjoy. Come back a week later. Be sure to have some inventory in a cooler in your car, because chances are, someone is going to want to buy a candle!
Retailing can also involve holiday fairs, expos, craft fairs (as long as they don't require the candles to be made by you), farmers markets, quality flea markets (the one in my town is lousy), etc. You could also talk to your childrens' school about being involved in any upcoming events they are having.
Keep your mind, eyes, and ears open for opportunities!
