Whether you're looking to get your ex back or begin letting go, letting go of the past is a essential when choosing to mending a broken heart. You see, it isn't until you let go of the past that you can begin to understand what went wrong to cause a break up.

Keeip in mind, letting go of the past doesn't mean giving up on your of a reunion. Instead, letting go of the past means accepting the what's simply fact. Remember doing so is essential to discover solutions you seek to either get your ex back or move on.

You have 2 choices: You choose to let go of the past and start healing or can refuse to let go of the hurt and never choose to mend a broken heart

If you think about it, "Clinging to the past" is a decision to hold onto problems in the past over effective solutions for them. You see, "clinging to the past" is an emotionally charged resistance to vital facts which you must face to begin mending a broken heart. Remember, "what you resist persists".
