What would you say if one day you were cooking along in your work at your job and you ran into an ad for a company who did everything you do, plus about 30% more than you do, for about 1/3 the price? I hope you would take notice. I did.

I felt threatened to be honest. I was looking at a company that was in business for a year and a half, had many thousands of customers, seemed to have a great reputation (except from the competition of course) and was growing exceptionally fast. I could see momentum building the farther I went into researching AdzZoo.



My Dad had some juicy one liners for wisdom and one of them was "If you can't beat 'em... join em" so I did. Not a dedicated joining, more an exploratory joining. I was willing to lose money to get inside this beast and see what it was really doing, how fast it was really growing, and what it might really offer as an income opportunity. Was it really a great deal? Did they really perform like they promised?

Well I was first impressed with the real value they were attempting to offer. Let me say here and now that AdzZoo is a great offer, but by no means a perfect one. Even though they are not perfect, they stand heads and tails above 80% of the crappy SEO offers smaller businesses have to sift through to try to find help in marketing. I am totally in tune with the pain of the small business owner, because I ran a paint contracting outfit for nearly 20 years.

Most small business owners don't know who the hell to believe. They get pounded every day by calls from people who want to sell ad packages and get them to the top of Google. When they pay, they may get a short spurt of exposure at the top of the front page, and then they disappear as the company they hired runs out of funds to support the Adwords ad they bought, and then comes back to the business owner for more money.

AdzZoo does what SEO outfits serving small mom and pop businesses should be doing. They offer a service that is not catered to the demands of the small business owner. If you do not get what I mean, it's like trying to change your meal at a restaurant that has a sign that says "No Substitutions!" Why would you want to give a small business owner more choices than "what picture would you like to show?" when they know nothing about how the online machine works?

That's AdzZoo's point of view, and I like it. Let the small business owner pay more if they are insistent on their personal wants, and let the AdzZoo Marketing Machine churn out the web presence and the results for the business owner with little more than who they are, what they have, any deals they might be offering and not much else.

By limiting the customer involvement to a great degree, AdzZoo established an authority position with the small business owner. They take the stand that "We do what we say we will do or we will give you your money back." This is not something I have heard generally from most of the SEO service offering community. Many are willing to prey on the small business owner and bluff when the results don't come in by saying things like "it takes about 3 months" Yeah. Whatever,

Broken down what AdzZoo does is serve the businesses with a multi-prong marketing attack. The first thing AdzZoo does is develop an Optimized lading page as a sub page of the main website at AdzZoo.com This is the page the business owner and their business is represented on. No new blog or website need be built. Just a landing page that scores high 9's in Googles page ranking system. This is a magic element and it's brilliant.

The optimized landing page does a couple of very important things. #1 is that when you have a page that Google likes that much they reduce the cost of your Adwords advertising. You pay less for the same keywords because your page is so well optimized. The next thing is that an optimized landing page ranks very well in Google Places. If you are quick you might be able to see where this is going... :)

So they build a landing page, of coarse after researching the business owners category and niche and special offers if any. The page is launched and then the Google places listing is initiated, simultaneously with a Google Adwords campaign.

Now, a business owner will shortly see the organic listing of the page AdzZoo made at the top of the organic listings, and since places results are also listed with organic results, they will be displayed again in the Google places listings on page 1, and since they will have Google Adwords running as well they will have a total of 3 positions for their business on page 1 of the search results for their business. I don't think I need to mention thats a pretty attractive service offering. Makes a lot of sense really.

But it gets better. What most business owners do not know is how easy it is to integrate Text marketing into their business marketing model. Most business owners will tell you their business wouldn't support text marketing, while there are several examples out in the world in their niche using it and dominating through innovative thinking. Texting has been shown to increase revenue by not hundreds, but by THOUSANDS of percentage points.

Let the dawn's light enter your mind. Texting works because of the location of the hand held unit to the human user. 92% of people read texts sent to them. By comparison email read rates are under 10% if your doing extremely well. AdzZoo offers texting for businesses and integrates the opt-in access into all the advertising performed for the business owner. Once the business is integrated correctly into the AdzZoo system, and they are really ready to pump the marketing out, here is how it goes...

The landing page is up, the Google places listing is up, the Google Adwords marketing is running, the opt-in for texting is functioning, now they pump the business listing out to 98 directories known to be traveled by Google and the other top Search Engines. Those 98 top directories act as feeder listings for another top 200 directories for an average presence of 300 directories, all with local presentation of the business owners listing.

I submit the paperwork, and the business owner is asked to refrain from messing up the search results. No searching for your ads. It's skews things. Don't do it for 2 weeks then have at it.

The Adwords campaign goes into effect immediately, so the business owner sees traffic to their website or store very fast. Usually within 3-4 days. As the page and places listing and Adwords campaign are tested for functionality and efficiency, they are rolled out into service. A package is fully in place within 10 days of submitting the paperwork and funds. This is a very quick system to implement.

What about forums? Again, there are hundreds of thousands of high quality forums on the internet and people populate these forums and search for answers to their needs, and there are thousands of companies that want you to go into those forums and represent their solutions.

This may sound confusing, but just like any job, it's easy to learn and you get paid for it.

I hope you can see the picture I am painting for you here clearly.

If you want to make very good money online in what is equivalent to an offline job, you need to realize that real money is being paid to real people every day by real businesses who need help advertising.
It's pretty simple when you think about it.

There are of course other kinds of jobs available, such as data entry and tutoring, but these are in the minority and honestly they are harder work for less money.

I need to say if you are listening and you are under threat of being laid off, my heart goes out to you.

I am not going to do any forecasting here but I will say I am not pleased by what I am hearing in economic predictions for 2009.
