- I would have to say I loved Multiple Streams of Income, though not sure about his property strategies. But I also find Tim Ferris - 4 hour work week, motivational, with some useful techniques.

- My favorite is Robert Allen's Multiple Streams of Income. The book covers numerous areas where a person can learn to add wealth to their life. I have a review of the book at Ezine Articles, which presents a good overview of the book.
