1. Sex isn't as important for christian couples as it is for non-christians. Well I don't know why anyone would think that but I have to tell you, sex was very important in our marriage. Christian couples are just as prone to divorce as any couple and one of the main reasons for failed marriages is unmet needs. And for any couple, sex is a need. So we must educate ourselves and get good christian sex advice.


2. Good christians don't have exciting sex. I have to repeat the very old cliche that God created sex, he is the master of beauty and joy and awe. Of course it's meant to be exciting and enjoyable.


3. Women are less sexually responsive than men. That was a myth that Mandy found frustrating and annoying. But we found that with a little help we were able to unleash her sexual potential and we happily squashed that myth.

We had to forget the myths, we didn't want to be held back by the limitations that other people had put on us. We knew that having a loving, caring relationship was not enough for us. We wanted an exciting love life to be a regular part of our marriage. We knew that just because we had been married for years we didn't have to settle for mediocre and we didn't want to let anything get into our marriage that could cause either of us to become unhappy or unfulfilled.
