Wonderful World of Books
This passion for reading didn't much change as an adult. The selection grew of course, it was no longer just fiction, but I began reading biographies, historical and self-help books and other works of non-fiction as well. Even though my personal library has expanded greatly, I still love my fiction. When I became a Christian, I didn't realize that there was even Christian fiction available. I've since found that not only is it available, but a lot of it is really great! So now I intend to share the abundance of great Christian fiction that I've found.
I will highlight a certain book or series of books at a time. I hope you enjoy my selections. Be sure to check back frequently, as I'll be adding to the selections often!

The Savannah Series by Denise Hildreth
Genre: Chick Lit
After spending three years writing the Savannah series, Denise Hildreth takes a detour. Still sticking true to her southern roots, she digs deeper, hauntingly almost, into the life of anyone we could know. Her authentic voice and charming style is what readers have come so attached to. Hildreth, a 1992 University of South Carolina graduate of the School of Journalism, breaks all the rules. "I never read the 'What not to do' books for authors. I figure I didn't know what I was doing when I started this, why confine myself with a bunch of don'ts now." Her books are laugh out loud funny and thoroughly enjoyable.Savannah from Savannah (Savannah #1)

Her first assignment for the local paper? Investigating a rigged beauty pageant.
Savannah Comes Undone (Savannah #2)
When Savannah's "drama queen" mother chains herself to a town landmark and becomes the lead story on the six o'clock news, Savannah takes it like a southern lady---and that "ain't" sitting down! Fans of Savannah from Savannah will rejoice to see this hilarious heroine back in another laugh-out-loud romantic adventure.
Savannah by the Sea (Savannah #3)
The only constants in reporter Savannah Phillips's life are her best friend Paige, her workplace tormenter Joshua, her steady father---and her crazed mother. In spite of that, she agrees to take a Florida vacation with her parents and enjoy some seaside "rest and relaxation" for a week. What could possibly go wrong?
