My Favorite Science Texts
My daughter and son have successfully used the General Science and Physical Science books in middle school, but they could also be used in high school for the non-science career student. The author writes as if he is speaking directly to the student. The courses are mostly independent study.
Since we are so impressed with this series, we will be continuing with biology, chemistry, physics, human body (I am a doctor - my kids have to know this one!), advanced chemistry and advanced physics in high school.
I love this curriculum because they openly discuss Creation and study this world made by God.
