    I'm a lifelong Christian but I am open hearted - I am a firm Christian but love to learn about other perspectives of life and the afterlife. I find this lens to be informative and intriguing - thanks a lot for providing these resources! I have my own lens about Bible study lessons, and I hope it may provide some use to your readers.

    It's interesting to learn that your parents left the church. My mother was Catholic but left the church, my father was an atheist. We were given a children's bible, quite beautiful actually. We read it on our own and to this day I find I often know more about the Christian Bible than many of my friends who attended church regularly. (not that I really know that much about it) Anyway, I don't really equate my spirituality to the bible per se.
