About Christian Simpson
Christian Simpson is an internationally respected executive coach, author, trainer and public speaker. He is the primary teacher of the Science of Success program.
He is the founder and Managing Director of Evolve Business Performance, a learning & development consultancy specialising in leadership development. The business focuses on behavioural change, improved emotional intelligence and advanced levels of commercial acumen.
Christian's successful corporate career spanned two decades in senior sales and leadership roles within diverse, blue-chip organisations such as Pitney Bowes, Yell, Telewest (now Virgin NTL), Energis, and Cable & Wireless.
An avid student, practitioner and now teacher of Bob Proctor's phenomenal material, he helps individuals develop the self-mastery and understanding necessary to take potential into performance.
Christian's evolution to a successful entrepreneur was achieved through the study and application of the proven methods he now coaches others in. The transition had significant impact on his personal and business life, eliminating his dependency on smoking and alcohol, and, in 2004, reducing his body weight by five and a half stones (thirty two kilograms). The year after he ran his first full marathon in New York City.
Christian has personally delivered nearly 15,000 hours of one-to -one and group coaching sessions with leaders from organisations such as Energis, BT Global Services, Siemens and AMEC.
His work has led him to work with some of the giants of the self-improvement industry, including Bob Proctor, John C Maxwell, Wayne Dyer, Mark Victor-Hansen, Michael Beckwith and Les Brown, and he is part of the leadership training team in the USA for Proctor's Life Success Corporation.
Christian lives in Hagley, Worcestershire with his wife Victoria and their two children, Jacob and Emily. His book 'Evolve: Powerful Skills for the Next Evolution in Leadership' will be published in 2009.

My journey into the field of human potential began back in the 1980's when my mother, a beautiful and intelligent woman with a successful modelling and promotions career, slowly deteriorated over the course of a decade from a difficult menopause into the lugubrious depths of mental illness.
In those days, any illness affecting the unseen part of the human personality was shrouded in a stigma founded in ignorance. Whilst my mother eventually recovered, with help from the appropriate experts, the traumatic decade that spanned from my early teenage years to my mid-twenties left both a positive and negative legacy. The natural law of polarity decrees that however bad a situation may appear there must be an equally positive aspect to it, and this experience was no exception. Although it took a number of years for me to consciously accept the positive side to what had happened within my mother, the experience gave birth to my interest in the workings of the mind, and I discovered my purpose in life.
The vast majority of people are raised and educated in a manner that is ignorant to the principles of success. We are conditioned to think that success is based entirely upon IQ (intellectual quotient) the natural consequence of a first class education, or being born into great wealth. In the field of leadership, recent research has concluded that intellectual capability, or IQ, is responsible for only 24% of success.
