Christmas Cake For Two

Single Serving Cake For Christmas!

Small family baking? Empty nest? College student? Single and loving it? There's no need to give up holiday baking and your love of cakes just because you have no use for a large full-size cake. Even with 3 of us, a whole cake gets moldy before we can finish it. What a waste!

And decorating cakes are fun for a few seconds but I don't want to spend hours doing it.

This is the answer you've been looking for because these single serving cakes are quick, use very little ingredients, and are so versatile to decorate. If you're not much of a cake decorator, just pour a glaze over the top or sprinkle it with powdered sugar and cinnamon!

Your cake pans are simple. You need 2 15oz cans, washed, and the label removed.
Tin Can Cooking

fillings are: pineapple, cherry, orange marmalade and a lime marmalade mixed with a small amount of cream cheese. The cake is topped with whipped cream and sprinkles!

These look soooo good. I'm horrible at baking though, so I'll give it a try. If I can make them look that good, anybody can!
