Bakerella did it again! These delicious and cute Coca-Cola Snowglobe Cupcakes are an inspiration from Bakerella. Last year Coca-Cola came out with the cutest bottle ornaments for Christmas and Bakerella decided to make Christmas Cupcakes witht the coca-cola theme and the polar bears. These cupcakes are just so adorable. Here I share with you Bakerella's Coca-Cola Cupcakes and step-by-step directions so you can try this at home for the Holidays. How To Make The Coca-Cola Christmas Snow Globe Cupcake

Use the Coca-Cola Christmas bottles that were sold at Walmart for your Christmas Snow Globe Cupcakes.

Use the Coca-Cola Christmas bottles that were sold at Walmart for your Christmas Snow Globe Cupcakes.
Remove the labels and carefully with a box cutter, remove the tops of the bottles. Remember to make them even with the cupcake tops, because you don't want the bottle to be falling down the cupcake. The perfect measurement is approx. 2 1/4 inches in diameter.
Using the coca-cola shaped gummies, sold in Walgreens, as part of theme of the Coke Polar bears.
Now, use the sugar water spray, pray some mist inside the bottle, mainly on the bottom sides and the back. Don't put too much on the front, because you won't see your bear. Now carefully sprinkle some sugar inside. Set them aside. Now take a cupcake, turn it upside down and cut the bottom of the baking cup. Then spread some buttercream frosting on the bottom (now, top) of your cupcake. Then, sprinkle some white sanding sugar on top of the frosting for texture.
Now place your fondant bear on top of the frosting, also put a cola gummy stick to the bears hand with some sugar water spray to help it stick. Carefully, put the bottle on top of the cupcake. With red and white fondant make your signs and coca-coal boxes. Also add some sprinkles and decorations as you wish!

Used rolled white fondant and hand shaped the parts. The Coca Cola polar bear are about 2 inches tall. The eyes are black non-pareils and the noses are black candy heart sprinkles. The mouth is drawn with the Americolor Edible Black Writing Pen. For the scarf, use red fondant.
