    I've read a lot of articles about the Christmas Story movie, but this is the first I've read about the story behind the leg lamp. Great lens! Lensrolling to mine on The Christmas Story.

    I had a friend who "decorated" her entire house with oddities of this type. I'm not sure decorated is the right term but that's all I could come up with. It wasn't planned, she and her husband simply had odd eclectic tastes I suppose.

    I love A Christmas Story. I use that line "Fra-gee-lay. Must be Italian" everytime I open anything stamped fragile.

    Where have I been all my life? I never heard of this movie and I've never seen a leg lamp. But now . . . I Want One! Great idea for a lens. A SquidAngel blessing for helping me to become more culturally literate!
