This looks pretty easy. The fabric is stiffened with fusible interfacing. No letters, just the fabric.

    What a unique idea! I did something similar one year with old Christmas cards, collected the funniest ones and made a fun collage, then hung in in the hallway by the bathroom. So many people ended up in that hallway at our Christmas party that no one could get to the bathroom.
