Cranberry Pistachio Bark
A candy, I know, but so delicious and easy I just had to include it!
1 package white almond bark1/2 cup chopped pistachios
1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries
In a microwave safe bowl microwave almond bark for 1 minute. Stir. Continue in 15 seconds until melted and smooth.
Add the chopped pistachios and cranberries. Stir.
Spread out on a parchment or silpat lined baking sheet. Place in the refridgerator until hardened. Break into pieces.
